The Sprouted Fig was established in July of 2006 in Vernon BC out of a need to supply the Midian Cookie to the Midian Coffee Company drive through. With experience in making sandwiches and soups, it was decided to serve up a fresh alternative to fast foods. The Sprouted Fig uses only the very best ingredients and makes everything fresh daily. The simple menu and flavour-packed food has made The Sprouted Fig a success since its inception.
